What I’m watching
I watched a couple of great movies this month (notably The Invitation and I Love Boosters), but more important is what I will be watching: The Witches! Hedge Witch Farms is sponsoring a free showing of this classic movie on October 24th at our local independent movie theater, and needless to say, I’m excited!

What I’m doing
One of the many things I love about summer in Central New York is the annual Madison-Bouckville Antique Week, when the aforementioned towns host what they describe as “New York’s largest antique and collectibles show.” As a lover of vintage goodies, it’s a decades-long summertime tradition to spend a few afternoons browsing the fields and tents, and this year I found some fabulous goodies, including these two prints from an English botanical guidebook, circa 1854. I look forward to hanging them in my office!
